For purchases using all other forms of payment FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
#1- LOGIN
Log into your DFH account at www.deliciouslyfitnhealthy.com/login
#2- Go To Settings
Go to settings in the dropdown at the top right corner on your desktop or the three lines on your mobile.
*It will ask you to re-enter your login credentials to verify before taking you to your account.
#3- Click on Billing
Under Account Information click on "Billing" to see your "Active Subscriptions". Find the Subscription you would like to Cancel.
#4- Cancel Subscription
Click the 3 dots to the right of your credit card. You will see the options to "cancel your subscription". Click to proceed with cancellation.
If this directs you to cancel through PayPal please CLICK HERE for instructions to cancel through your PayPal account.
*To change your monthly, quarterly or annual payment plan to a different plan option first use the cancel instructions above and then re-purchase the plan you wish to switch to.
#5- Confirm Cancellation
PLEASE COMPLETE ALL THE STEPS ABOVE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR EMAIL HERE.
This is the final step to cancel but your subscription will not be cancelled unless the steps above have been completed.
