REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your MAKE FIT SIMPLE subscription at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period or free trial period. You will continue to have access to the MAKE FIT SIMPLE App through the end of your billing period or free trial period. Please note, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged, unless you cancel 24 hours before your next payment date or on the last day of your free trial period.
Since our MAKE FIT SIMPLE App is a digital product, digital products are considered “used” after purchase or download. This, unfortunately, means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY MONTHLY, QUARTERLY OR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS FOR UNUSED CONTENT. This includes but is not limited to: An unused subscription or content, the inability to use the app for personal or medical reasons, or any other similar reasons or events.
If you purchased your subscription through a third party app store, please refer to the terms and conditions provided to you with the purchase for information on canceling or managing your subscription and for their return policy.
